*If you are a STRATA sCloud user use your STRATA sCloud username and password. This is the same account you use to access your STRATA applications. If you are not a STRATA sCloud user your agency has a support login that was emailed to your agency previously. If you did not receive or cannot locate your support login credentials please e-mail your trainer or call Client Service at 1-800-9-STRATA.
